Overview
Bostic.ai uses cookies and similar browser storage for essential preferences and optional features. Optional storage starts off and follows your saved choices. Some measurement requests can still be sent without analytics cookies, as explained below.
This public-site policy does not describe every storage mechanism required inside an authenticated application session. Product authentication and security storage may be necessary to provide the service you request.
Cookie categories
Necessary
Necessary storage supports core operation, security, theme or consent preferences. It cannot be switched off through the optional consent controls when it is required to provide the website or service.
Functional
Functional storage may remember optional presentation or experience preferences beyond what is strictly necessary.
Analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, the public site loads its measurement tag with analytics storage denied by default. Before you make a choice, or if you choose necessary storage only, the tag can send cookieless measurement and consent-state requests to Google. Google therefore still receives information through these requests; this is not a promise of no data transmission.
Allowing Analytics enables analytics cookies for usage measurement. Turning Analytics off denies that storage and removes the analytics cookies managed by our consent controls, but does not stop cookieless measurement requests. Our page-view reporting removes URL query strings and fragments. Read Google's consent-mode explanation for more information.
Marketing
Marketing storage is optional and is not required to browse the public website. In our current Google Analytics configuration, Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals remain disabled, including when you enable the Marketing choice.
Storage details
The consent record stores the categories you selected, a policy version and the time the choice was updated. The theme preference stores the selected light or dark presentation. We do not use the consent record to store payment provider references, credentials or SEO project data.
Retention periods depend on the purpose of the storage. Consent and theme preferences may persist so the site can respect your choice on a later visit. Optional third-party tools, when enabled, may have their own retention periods described in their documentation.
Your choices
You can accept all optional categories, continue with necessary storage only or choose categories individually. Use the Cookie settings control to review your current choice.
You can also remove browser storage through your browser controls. Removing the consent record will cause the public site to ask for your choices again.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, legal requirements or our use of service providers changes. When the consent model changes materially, the stored policy version can require a new choice.
