1. Agreement
Who we are
Bostic.ai is operated by Volkan Koroglu, an individual based in Massachusetts, United States.
These Terms govern access to Bostic.ai websites, applications, APIs and related services for individual and business customers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms for yourself or, if you are authorized to do so, on behalf of your organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Customers are responsible for authorized user access, workspace configuration, project settings, websites submitted for analysis and activity performed under their accounts.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid plans may include limits for crawling, websites, projects, tracked keywords, users and other capabilities. Review the selected plan, price, billing frequency and applicable taxes before confirming a purchase.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. The payment method on file is charged for the next billing period at renewal. The billing confirmation shows the amount and any applicable taxes before you confirm your subscription.
Changing your plan
The plan-change confirmation shows when the change takes effect and any prorated charge or credit. A change may take effect immediately and charge the payment method on file. Review the amount and effective date before confirming. A billing credit is not necessarily a cash refund.
Cancelling renewal
Open Billing in your workspace and choose Manage billing to access the Stripe billing portal. Complete cancellation before the displayed renewal date to stop the next renewal. A scheduled cancellation keeps paid access until the current billing period ends, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund the current period.
Refunds and billing questions
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. You may contact us to request an exception. We consider requests case by case; an exception is not guaranteed unless we agree to it in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
4. Customer data
Customer Data includes submitted URLs, crawl results, prompts, generated artifacts, reports and workspace metadata. Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. Bostic.ai receives the limited rights needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
5. Service use
- Use the platform only for websites and data you are authorized to analyze.
- Do not bypass rate limits, tenant boundaries or security controls.
- Do not use the service for malware, credential harvesting, spam or abusive crawling.
6. AI outputs
AI-assisted recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, implementation or business use.
7. Availability and changes
Bostic.ai may update features, limits and integrations as the product evolves. Enterprise commitments may be defined in a separate order form or service-level agreement.
8. Outcomes and liability
The service is a software tool and does not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases or revenue performance.
