You don’t need to start with all the answers. Bostic connects technical findings, search data and suggested next steps in one workspace. The Command Center helps explain your project’s evidence, while the Action Plan gives you a place to organize what to do next.
How is AI visibility different from SEO?+
SEO helps you understand how your website is discovered in search. AI visibility examines whether your brand is mentioned in supported ChatGPT and Google AI Overview results. Bostic brings both perspectives together, including competitor context, so you can explore where your brand is present and where it is missing.
Can I really start for free?+

Will Bostic write and publish my content?+
Content Opportunities helps identify new pages and improvements to existing content, with source-linked briefs and a private editor. You stay in control of your writing and publishing. Bostic does not automatically publish articles.
Can I connect my Google data?+
Yes. Optional, read-only Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 integrations bring search performance and traffic analytics into your project. Connecting them does not give Bostic permission to modify your website.
Do I need an annual commitment?+
No. The plans shown here are monthly subscriptions. Choose the capacity that fits your workflow, then choose a different plan as your needs evolve. Monthly crawl allowance and the maximum pages in each crawl are separate limits.
Does Bostic guarantee rankings or AI mentions?+
No tool controls search rankings or AI answers. Bostic gives you evidence, visibility into changes and practical next steps to inform your work. Outcomes depend on your website, your market and the actions you take.
Plans, cancellation and refunds
These answers summarize our current Terms of Service. They do not replace the terms or the confirmation shown before a billing change.
How do I cancel, and when does access end?+
Open Billing, choose Manage billing and confirm cancellation in the Stripe portal before the displayed renewal date. With an end-of-period cancellation, paid access continues until the period ends, then the subscription returns to Free. Check the cancellation date in Billing. Cancelling a plan does not delete your account.
Does cancellation include a refund?+
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Under our Terms, fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact hello@bostic.ai to request a case-by-case review; an exception is not guaranteed. Your non-excludable legal rights are not affected.
What happens when I change my plan?+
Review the timing and any prorated charge or credit in the confirmation before accepting. A change can take effect immediately and charge your payment method. A credit is not necessarily a cash refund. Usage limits follow the resulting plan; changing plans does not create an unlimited usage allowance.
Is cancelling or archiving the same as deleting data?+
No. Plan cancellation, project archiving and disconnecting Google are separate actions. A Google disconnection removes its local connection and directly associated imported metrics; it does not automatically erase saved AI results or backups. For broader deletion, write to privacy@bostic.ai with the account or project concerned, without passwords or active tokens.
