Tracked keyword capacity is how many keywords you can save, not a promise of daily checks. Each new live check uses one allowance per keyword; scheduled checks share that allowance. For Agency Pro, 5,000 live checks per month cover 5 complete checks of 1,000 keywords, if the whole allowance is used for that set. This is not daily checking of every keyword.
One shared monthly page allowance covers all websites in your organization. Pages processed by Quick Crawl and Full Site Crawl both count toward it.
This is the maximum number of pages in one Quick Crawl, not a separate monthly allowance. Each run is also limited by the monthly pages you have left.
Usage allowances are shared by the projects and members in your organization, not granted again for each website. Projects, seats and tracked keywords are capacity limits, not monthly refills.
New crawls and reruns use the relevant allowance. Crawl pages are reserved at start and settled against pages processed; unused reservations are released. Focused rechecks have a separate allowance. Viewing a saved report does not start another run.
Monthly usage resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC, regardless of your billing date. Daily allowances reset each day at 00:00 UTC. Per-run caps and result reuse windows are separate limits.
Requests that exceed an allowance are blocked; there is no automatic usage-overage charge. Wait for the reset, free eligible capacity or choose a suitable plan. If active SEO jobs are full, wait for an existing job to finish. Increasing a plan does not bypass per-run or refresh limits.

Choose a plan, then create or sign in to your Bostic account. Paid checkout opens securely with Stripe after email verification. The checkout shows the final amount before you confirm; selecting a card here does not charge you.
Owners and authorized admins can request a plan change in Billing. Stripe displays the applicable amount and timing before confirmation. A downgrade can require choosing which projects stay active and can reduce team access. Enterprise changes follow the agreed contract.
Manage cancellation in Billing. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period, paid access continues until the end date shown there and will not renew. An immediate cancellation ends access sooner. Check the confirmation and your subscription status for the effective date.
Usage counters follow UTC calendar days or months, independently of your payment date. A new payment does not itself reset a counter. Billing & Usage shows your current allowance and next reset.
Monthly usage allowances are not reduced based on your signup date. If you start on October 20, your plan's monthly allowance is available until November 1 at 00:00 UTC, when it resets. Any usage already recorded for your organization that month still counts; a plan change or new payment does not reset it. Your billing dates stay separate.
Verify your account and website, then connect a Google account with access to the matching Search Console property or GA4 web stream. We only display the data that Google makes available. Connecting does not guarantee rankings, traffic or historical data coverage.
